Is The Sizing Accurate For Your Heels?

If you’re looking at Demonia shoes, high heel styles can run small. Demonia use US women’s sizing which is the same as Australian women’s, so size down one from what you usually take.  It’s also best to size up if you have a wide foot or take a half size. But don’t worry if you try out heels and they don’t fit! You can absolutely return your heels for an exchange or store credit if the sizing doesn’t work out.

Are Your Heels Vegan Friendly?

The vast majority of our gothic footwear and alternative shoes are vegan friendly. Most of the manufacturers we work with use non-animal derived materials and promise to be vegan friendly.

We take great care to mention in the description of the item whether or not the shoes are made with non vegan materials. We also exclusively source vegan shoes wherever possible.

The founder of Tragic Beautiful is a committed vegetarian so we won’t have anything to do with animal products, animal testing or anything that includes animal cruelty of any kind. That’s a promise!

How Do I Preorder?

Pre-orders are our way of offering Demonia’s full range of gothic footwear without having to buy every shoe in every size, we can only fit so many styles in our Brisbane warehouse!  We feature every style of every shoe on our website but only some of them are kept on site, these are clearly marked in the description as well as the pre-order versions.

As soon as you place your order with us, we reserve your shoes directly from the manufacturer. We put aside any other items you’ve ordered with the shoes to send everything together when they arrive but if you need your other items sooner, we can send them ahead.

We know the feeling. You found the perfect pair of platforms or ridiculously chunky heels and you want them NOW. Well, we have good news for you: if you live in Australia and order in stock shoes before 1pm, we can ship them the same day. If you live in an express post zone, you might get them the next day!

If you live further afield, it’s down to Australia Post. Rest assured, we know you want your shoes as soon as possible so we work quickly to send your items out as quickly as possible with secure tracking.

Preorder shoes are shipped express to us from our overseas partners and as soon as they arrive we ship them straight to you.
