Sizing Chart - Pleaser Shoes

Pleaser boot sizing runs standard to US sizing which is the same as Australian sizing.  If you're a 10 Australian women's, you will be a 10 US women's.

For half sizes or those between two sizes, we recommend sizing up. Eg: if you are a 9 Australian women's, and you sometimes fit into an Australian women's 8, then we suggest getting a size 9 US. But if you are a large Australian 9 and you sometimes fit into size 10, then we suggest getting a size 10 US.

Pleaser women's heels (open toe, strapped non enclosed style shoes that aren't classified as boots) run small so we also advise sizing up for these.  E.g. if you're a 10 in Australian shoes or Pleaser boots, you would best suit an 11 women's heel.

Easy 30 Day Returns


We accept returns within 30 days of your order being shipped to you. We are happy to accept most full priced items back for a refund*, store credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase.


  • *Pre-order items (including shoes), items from discounted orders and sale items are not eligible for a refund and can be returned for an exchange or store credit. Only full priced, non discounted orders are eligible for a refund. 
  • Returns must be lodged through our return portal. If you do not select to use a prepaid label through the portal, please include a note that specifies: full name, order number and/or return number.
    Any returns received outside our portal will be processed as a store credit.
  • Items must be in original condition. No tears, marks, scuffs, animal fur, makeup, or cigarette smells. Shoes must be in original boxes with all packaging. Do not ruin shoe boxes by taping labels to them. We reserve the right to charge a box fee in this instance of $10.00. 
  • International orders of shoes can receive a credit or refund. If you wish to exchange please place an order for the new size and then return the original pair of shoes for a refund. If your order was not eligible for a refund, only credit, we will still refund upon receiving your return if you have purchased an alternate size of that item. Simply order the new size, open a return of a credit, and add a note in with your return stating you have reordered with the new order number included.
  • Items must be returned in as new condition fit for resale.
  • Makeup, intimates, some underwear, piercing jewellery, swimwear, herbs, hair dye or beauty products cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
  • Final Sale Items cannot be returned. These items are clearly labelled on the product page in red lettering so you know you are about to grab an amazing bargain, but you will need to choose carefully!
  • If you have a problem with an item we will always work with you to resolve it fairly. Please read the section below "I got my order and something's wrong". When you have a major problem with a product, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Loveee these boots

Very happy with the boots exactly as described. I originally ordered a size 9 as that’s my usual size however I needed to size up to a 10 and the team at tragic were great to deal with for a quick exchange

Beautiful and pointy

These were delayed due to COVID issues, and unfortunately the box was a little damaged on arrival. Communication from TB was clear on delays, so totally fine with that. The packaging was lovely, and the shoes themselves are beautiful. They seem structurally sound, and are as comfortable as seven inch heels can be. The red-black ombre is super pretty.

Pleasers recommends ordering a size up for closed-toe shoes, which I did, and while I'm grateful as the 9s would have been too small, the 10 is just a bit too big - easily fixed with an insole, though. The toe is quite narrow, so ordering a size up is good on those grounds too.
