Gleaming with a vitreous to sub-metallic lustre, Purpurite is an exquisite manganese iron phosphate mineral that ranges from transparent to opaque with a captivating, alluring hue of purple. Specimens of purpurite can also be found in pink and lavender depending on the amount of manganese and iron in the stone. The best specimens have been found primarily in Namibia, where these specimens come from. This is a rare stone but well worth the search.

Purpurite can be an advantageous aid in developing an affinity to superior vibrations, in addition to bridging the third eye and crown chakra. These crystals are believed to harmonize your mental and emotional sides with your truest spiritual self. It can also help you harness stronger intuition and communication with higher beings, who can provide wisdom on your spiritual path. Purpurite is said to be an extremely effective stone for psychic protection. Excellent for public speaking, Purpurite imparts clarity, focus and confidence to your thoughts and communication.

These specimens are absolutely gorgeous - deep rich purple with a lustrous satiny sheen when you move them in the light. The large specimen is incredible! One of a kind as these are some of the only polished pieces of Purpurite in the world. It is so flashy - you can see the large piece in the videos.

  • Large - 1 only: measures approx 9cm across and weighs 677 grams

Sourcing: These specimens come from Namibia. Sourced from a family business directly on the ground in South Africa. They believe strongly in fairness, conservation, and in dealing honestly, and have built relationships over many years - supporting small operations. Easy 30 Day Returns


We accept returns within 30 days of your order being shipped to you. We are happy to accept most full priced items back for a refund*, store credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase.


  • *Pre-order items (including shoes), items from discounted orders and sale items are not eligible for a refund and can be returned for an exchange or store credit. Only full priced, non discounted orders are eligible for a refund. 
  • Returns must be lodged through our return portal. If you do not select to use a prepaid label through the portal, please include a note that specifies: full name, order number and/or return number.
    Any returns received outside our portal will be processed as a store credit.
  • Items must be in original condition. No tears, marks, scuffs, animal fur, makeup, or cigarette smells. Shoes must be in original boxes with all packaging. Do not ruin shoe boxes by taping labels to them. We reserve the right to charge a box fee in this instance of $10.00. 
  • International orders of shoes can receive a credit or refund. If you wish to exchange please place an order for the new size and then return the original pair of shoes for a refund. If your order was not eligible for a refund, only credit, we will still refund upon receiving your return if you have purchased an alternate size of that item. Simply order the new size, open a return of a credit, and add a note in with your return stating you have reordered with the new order number included.
  • Items must be returned in as new condition fit for resale.
  • Makeup, intimates, some underwear, piercing jewellery, swimwear, herbs, hair dye or beauty products cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
  • Final Sale Items cannot be returned. These items are clearly labelled on the product page in red lettering so you know you are about to grab an amazing bargain, but you will need to choose carefully!
  • If you have a problem with an item we will always work with you to resolve it fairly. Please read the section below "I got my order and something's wrong". When you have a major problem with a product, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Like velvet 😍

I’m so glad I decided to buy this stone. It’s so beautiful and very unique, tried to find similar pieces online for purchase and this one was by far the most beautiful and reasonably priced as are all of the crystals I’ve brought here ( and I’ve bought a few haha )
