WHAT’S THE SIZING LIKE FOR YOUR GOTH BOOTS?

We take all sizing info straight from the manufacturer so it should be as accurate as possible. We’re all unique, so there will be variation but because we list everything in US sizing, this is the same as Australian sizing so everything will match up well. What’s more, our goth boot range includes larger and wider sizes, as everyone deserves to look this good!

If your boots don’t fit, you can exchange or receive a full credit if you send them back within 30 days so you’re totally covered!

WHAT DOES PRE ORDER MEAN? HAVE THE BOOTS NOT BEEN RELEASED YET?

It’s not that kind of pre-order! We want to provide the widest range of top kicks we can but we don’t have the space to stock everything in every size. Pre-order just means when you order from us, we order directly from the manufacturer. This means you get your goth boots hot off the press and they will be sent to you as soon as they arrive.

There’s a small delay while your new boots are shipped but we pay extra to get them sent to us express and we promise they will be worth the wait!

ARE YOUR GOTH BOOTS VEGAN FRIENDLY?

The vast majority, if not all, our goth boots are vegan friendly. Tragic Beautiful are committed to not using animal products or stocking any manufacturer linked with animal testing or animal cruelty. Please read the description carefully as we take great care to specify the rare case any of our styles are made with non vegan materials!

HOW FAST IS SHIPPING? WHEN WILL I GET MY BOOTS?

We know how frustrating it can be to find the perfect pair of emo or goth boots only to have to wait for them. We feel your pain! That’s why we have a fast shipping system that will get your boots to you as quickly as humanly possible.

All orders placed before 1pm will be shipped the same day. Then it’s down to the courier. We work with Australia Post and do everything we can to get your boots to you with minimal delay!

We use tracked shipping and a signature is required for delivery to ensure the safety and security of your order as well.
