Easy 30 Day Returns


We accept returns within 30 days of your order being shipped to you. We are happy to accept most full priced items back for a refund*, store credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase.


  • *Pre-order items (including shoes), items from discounted orders and sale items are not eligible for a refund and can be returned for an exchange or store credit. Only full priced, non discounted orders are eligible for a refund. 
  • Returns must be lodged through our return portal. If you do not select to use a prepaid label through the portal, please include a note that specifies: full name, order number and/or return number.
    Any returns received outside our portal will be processed as a store credit.
  • Items must be in original condition. No tears, marks, scuffs, animal fur, makeup, or cigarette smells. Shoes must be in original boxes with all packaging. Do not ruin shoe boxes by taping labels to them. We reserve the right to charge a box fee in this instance of $10.00. 
  • International orders of shoes can receive a credit or refund. If you wish to exchange please place an order for the new size and then return the original pair of shoes for a refund. If your order was not eligible for a refund, only credit, we will still refund upon receiving your return if you have purchased an alternate size of that item. Simply order the new size, open a return of a credit, and add a note in with your return stating you have reordered with the new order number included.
  • Items must be returned in as new condition fit for resale.
  • Makeup, intimates, some underwear, piercing jewellery, swimwear, herbs, hair dye or beauty products cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
  • Final Sale Items cannot be returned. These items are clearly labelled on the product page in red lettering so you know you are about to grab an amazing bargain, but you will need to choose carefully!
  • If you have a problem with an item we will always work with you to resolve it fairly. Please read the section below "I got my order and something's wrong". When you have a major problem with a product, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Euphoria Lotion

Absolutely beautiful lotion, nourishing and the fragrance is so beautiful! I love to use together with the Thorns lotion as rose and raspberry go so well together :)

Like a silky candle

Just as the title says, unfortunately will leave you smelling more like a candle than heavenly black raspberry.
I only used one small pump on my hands to test it out. The scent is potent and long lasting, even after washing my hands multiple times, I couldn’t get rid of it.
The lotion itself was quite nice, very nice application and not too thick or thin. Didn’t leave that typical greasy feeling a lot of lotions do.

This lotion was incredible, and the name could not have been more spot on.
Euphoria was exactly what I felt when using it. The sweet scent of raspberry was intoxicating and soothing.
It felt incredible to leave the shower and apply this to my skin, and with my sensitive skin it was nice that
there wasn't any harsh ingredients added. Being a vegan lotion was a definitive plus for me, for personal reasons but
a big one being that my skin cant handle some ingredients in common lotion products. Given how it was
safe to use on my skin, the absolutely beautiful scent, and how well it worked for me, it was well worth its price.
The oils in it worked fantastically for my skin. Also it was funny to walk past people and have everyone turn to me
to see where "where that smell is coming from".

Great for sensitive skin

I blister and peel with practically every body product I have tried, including the speciality ones but this left my skin soft, silky and smelling AMAZING, no worries now I won't use anything else.
