Rutilated quartz is a variety of quartz that contains fibrous needle-like inclusions of rutile. Rutile is an oxide mineral composed primarily of titanium dioxide. Each piece has fascinating inclusions with assorted rutile colors such as dark-red, metallic-gray, brownish-red, orange-red, reddish-black, golden-yellow, straw yellow, or rarely in a green shade. These inclusions can be thin, thick, criss-crossed or parallel, wispy or fat and add a great deal of character to each piece. Each piece is unique with its own charm.  

Tourmalinated Quartz combines clear crystal quartz with black tourmaline, creating strands visible throughout the quartz stone. Its name derives from a combination of the two elements - crystal quartz and tourmaline - into a single entity, termed "tourmalinated." Tourmalated quartz is purported to provide protection from unfavourable mental states and emotions. It can be thought of as possessing a vitality that enables an individual to access other energy fields. Tourmalated quartz is thought to provide a balancing of yin/yang energies and release negative patterns. 

This tower is a stunning piece of quartz with beautiful spiky needles of tourmaline inside.

Easy 30 Day Returns


We accept returns within 30 days of your order being shipped to you. We are happy to accept most full priced items back for a refund*, store credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase.


  • *Pre-order items (including shoes), items from discounted orders and sale items are not eligible for a refund and can be returned for an exchange or store credit. Only full priced, non discounted orders are eligible for a refund. 
  • Returns must be lodged through our return portal. If you do not select to use a prepaid label through the portal, please include a note that specifies: full name, order number and/or return number.
    Any returns received outside our portal will be processed as a store credit.
  • Items must be in original condition. No tears, marks, scuffs, animal fur, makeup, or cigarette smells. Shoes must be in original boxes with all packaging. Do not ruin shoe boxes by taping labels to them. We reserve the right to charge a box fee in this instance of $10.00. 
  • International orders of shoes can receive a credit or refund. If you wish to exchange please place an order for the new size and then return the original pair of shoes for a refund. If your order was not eligible for a refund, only credit, we will still refund upon receiving your return if you have purchased an alternate size of that item. Simply order the new size, open a return of a credit, and add a note in with your return stating you have reordered with the new order number included.
  • Items must be returned in as new condition fit for resale.
  • Makeup, intimates, some underwear, piercing jewellery, swimwear, herbs, hair dye or beauty products cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
  • Final Sale Items cannot be returned. These items are clearly labelled on the product page in red lettering so you know you are about to grab an amazing bargain, but you will need to choose carefully!
  • If you have a problem with an item we will always work with you to resolve it fairly. Please read the section below "I got my order and something's wrong". When you have a major problem with a product, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement, store credit, or refund.
